I love designing software that works well. There is nothing more satisfying than a person saying that your design makes their life easier.
When I am not at work, I love listening to podcasts and discussing them with fellow listeners. Right now, I am on a Revisionist History and true crime kick. Did you know that I hate scary movies and will not watch them, but instead, will read the plot on Wikipedia and join in on the conversation with coworkers and friends? You might wonder how I can handle listening to true crime if I hate being scared, but I only listen to those podcasts when I am surrounded by hundreds of people in broad daylight. That being said, I love listening to and telling stories because storytelling is one of the few things that brings people together.
